Can I mix themes together?
Yes, we are happy to mix the themes together. Contact us to tell us what you're looking for, or use our reservations form and select Mixed as the theme.
Can I request a new sign or new theme which isn't on your Themes page?
Yes, we will do our best to create a new theme which we don't currently offer. Contact us to tell us what you're looking for. Please note that new signs or new themes may have an additional cost.
What if I don't have a lawn?
All of our signs are placed on metal stakes and are inserted into the ground. The signs can be placed on grass, gardens, or dirt. If you are not sure, please contact us. We do our best to create a fun look in small or large areas.
Can signs be placed on boulevards?
No, unfortunately because of local bylaws, we cannot place the signs on boulevards.
Can signs be placed during the winter when the ground is frozen?
During the winter months, if the signs cannot be inserted into the ground directly, they are placed on a white stand. The area where you would like the sign must be relatively flat in order to use the stand.
Do I have to put the name or age on the sign?
Some of our themes can be customized with names or ages. This is completely optional, and if you don't want the name or age, just let us know.

What happens if a sign is stolen or damaged?
If a sign is stolen or damaged because of negligence, there will be a replacement charge of $20 per individual sign.

Can I book the sign for multiple days?
Most of our signs are provided for one day. You may extend your booking at a cost of $25 per day. Birth announcement signs are provided for five days.

Can I order a sign to be placed on someone else's lawn?
Yes, you may order a sign for someone else's lawn, however you must have permission for someone who resides in the home.

Do you have a referral program?
Yes. If you refer someone who books with us, you will receive $10 off you next booking.

Do I get a discount for multiple bookings?
Yes, you will receive $10 off for each booking.

Can I book a sign for two people who have the same birthday?
Yes, we are happy to customize a them which works for all of the birthdays. Contact us to tell us what you're looking for.

What if I cannot pay with e-transfer?
Currently, e-transfer is the only method for payment available. We are working to add new payment methods.

Can I switch my theme after I have booked?
Yes, you may switch themes providing that you provide at least 1 week notice, and the new theme has not been booked by someone else on your event date. Contact us to co-ordinate the change.
